Is Our Nation Intolerant of Christianity? No, it's not.

Recently, Franklin Graham wrote an article entitled "Is Our Nation Intolerant of Christianity?". In this article, he addressed his concerns of intolerance towards Christians and of America taking God out of society and politics.

In the first paragraph of this article, Graham says, "Recently I was at a White House meeting with Vice President Joe Biden", wait one second. He actually started his article on intolerance towards christianity by describing a meeting at the White House with VP Joe Biden?! It's not like he's talking about meeting up with a buddy down at Applebee's, he's talking about the friggin Vice President of the United States of America! Not a very convincing start on his part.
He then goes on to say, "our main problem in America is that we have taken God out of our society and out of our government. We need God’s Word and His laws now more than ever." When will these people learn, God was never in our government! The First Amendment clearly states that there is a separation of church and state. As for God being taken out of society, that is complete bullshit. We live in a country that 70% of it's people identify with being christian. There is a church on nearly every street of America. There is no discrimination against christians! Period!
The next paragraph is almost hilarious, are you ready for it?
"If we hold up God’s standards, we are accused of being intolerant. “Tolerance” is one of today’s hot buttons, but in reality the true and fast-growing “intolerance” is for Christianity—anything that stands for Jesus Christ." Really?! Are you fucking shitting me? Maybe the reason you guys are accused of being intolerant is because you're intolerant! These are the guys that stand on their soapboxes every Sunday and tell the world that gay shouldn't be allowed to get married because their holy book says they shouldn't. And again, christianity is NOT discriminated against in any way.
The article then goes on with the usual psychotic ramblings that you can expect to hear from any fanatic.
I can't tell if i'm supposed to laugh or cry.
